Nature-Rx is now free. If you subscribed before that change, you can cancel anytime so you won't be charged again:

On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions, then tap Nature-Rx and select "Cancel Subscription."

When you cancel, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. You won't be charged again after that.

The safest option: sign in with your existing email and password first, then link your Apple ID from Settings (Account section → Link Apple ID). This guarantees you land on your existing account with your saved data intact.

You can also sign in with Apple directly:

• Same iPhone or iPad you originally subscribed on: we'll automatically connect your Apple sign-in to your existing account using your active App Store subscription.
• A brand-new device without your subscription: the app may create a separate account because we have no way to confirm it's you. If that happens, sign back in with your email and password to access your original data, then link Apple from Settings.

If you end up with two accounts and need them merged, email support@nature-rx.app — we can manually combine them.

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Biometric authentication (Face ID / Touch ID) is processed entirely on your device — we never see your biometric data.

Payment is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store — we never see your credit card or billing information.

Supplement data in Nature-Rx is sourced primarily from PubMed (the National Library of Medicine) and other peer-reviewed databases. Our automated research pipeline discovers relevant studies, then generates evidence ratings and clinical summaries that are reviewed for quality before publication.

Each supplement profile links directly to the source studies so you can verify the research yourself.

Each supplement receives a score from 0 to 10 based on the strength and quality of available clinical evidence. This considers the number and type of studies (randomized controlled trials, systematic reviews, etc.), sample sizes, and regulatory recognition.

Higher scores indicate stronger, more consistent clinical evidence. A lower score doesn't necessarily mean a supplement is ineffective — it may simply mean there isn't enough research yet.

The database is continuously growing as new supplements are processed through our research pipeline. Existing supplements can be re-evaluated as new studies become available.

Our pipeline pulls from PubMed, Semantic Scholar, and ClinicalTrials.gov to keep profiles current with the latest published research.
